Dr. Alexander Louis Medina, JD, PMP, has dedicated his career to law, charitable organizations, housing, and international business—leading projects that have impacted communities worldwide, with a combined value of over $2.4 billion USD.

As the founder of
TALM International, he believes in creating real solutions for real people—helping communities in ways that governments often can’t or won’t. Rather than fostering dependency, his mission is to empower individuals through knowledge, opportunity, and self-worth, ensuring long-term stability and growth.

Dr. Medina is a
licensed attorney with a strong background in government relations, business continuity, executive leadership, and financial structuring. His legal expertise plays a critical role in navigating regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and complex financial structures, ensuring TALM International’s initiatives are both effective and sustainable.

With experience in both the public and private sectors, he has served as an
attorney, consultant, educator, and project leader. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and a degree in Political Science, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. His expertise includes grant writing, budgeting, and leadership development, making him a driving force behind TALM’s innovative community-focused programs.
