TALM International, Inc. is a community development consulting organization that recognizes the need for affordable housing that fits into the 21st century. We are experts in HUD programs such as CDBG, DR-CDBG, CHDO and HOME. We also are experienced in local level Community Redevelopment Organizations and Housing Programs. We believe that all deserve an opportunity to own a home. We help the people see their potential and to reach it, while not creating a strain on their financial abilities.
We also are available for consultations for non-profit and for-profit organizations interested in HUD and local land development grants. With todays technology and advances, our homes and communities should also be keeping pace. It is through this method that we can build a better and brighter tomorrow for ourselves and our children.
